Do you know the difference between time out, saying stop and pushing away?

What do you do when you are in an overwhelming situation? You may say “stop” and make a pushing motion when you actually need a time out. As a result, it is very confusing for your system and for the system of the person opposite you, and the exact opposite of what your intention was, happens. This can lead to:

  • Relationships that are out of balance
  • Feeling like your energy is leaking
  • Don’t get rid of the overwhelming feeling

I have developed a workshop for anyone who is curious. In a small group of a maximum of 6 people, we will work on the differences together. In the workshop you will learn to understand, recognize and integrate the differences in different situations in your life.
